Commissioner Lorraine Cochran-Johnson in partnership with the DeKalb County 100 Black Men and DeKalb County School District present the 5th Annual Lock-In For Life, an event that will bring together male students ages 13-18 from DeKalb County middle and high schools for fellowship, fun and enrichment. Several corporations will participate in the Lock-In For Life including health organizations, professional sports athletes, attorneys, professors, civic activists, poets, judges and many other notable DeKalb County citizens.
